This is a vintage 1932 National Duolian Resonator with serial number This guitar sounds awesome, and with a new nut, new saddle, and changed tuners. National Guitar makers of fine reso-phonic guitars, hand crafted in California. I have a metal bodied Dobro with the serial no M 498 6. Body, the '6' is 1976, and the 498 indicates its serial number ranking. And less complex than a single cone National, and didn't like the heavy curve on the fretboard.
